In large saucepan, cook pasta according to directions. Drain and set aside. In medium mixing bowl, stir together ricotta, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and Italian seasonings. In large skillet brown ground beef and garlic. Pour off any fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and cooked noodles. Spoon cheese mixture over pasta mixture – DO NOT STIR. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes until heated thoroughly.
